Papoose felt toys are handmade in Nepal by artisans from around Kathmandu. Designed by Dutch designer Renske Carbone, whose company is based in Melbourne, Australia. Our policy runs for a period of 30 days. If you don't receive your product within 30 days, we're not able to provide either a return or exchange.
You are able to return an item in the event that it is not used and in the same condition as when you first received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
