Cotton Twist was set up by Anne-Clare in 2015. Her aim was to create products that would spark creativity in the sphere of gifts and celebrations, that were not made from plastic. Returns

Our policy runs for a period of 30 days. If you don't receive your product within 30 days, we're not able to provide either a return or exchange.
You are able to return an item in the event that it is not used and in the same condition as when you first received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
